Protiviti managers are inexperienced children. They treat you like garbage and they don’t care at all about your well-being. Even when you are sick you are expected to be in the office and delivering 100%. They regularly ask you to do dishonest things and then throw you under the bus with the dishonest things they do.

Protiviti is notorious (on the inside) for their culture and people and honestly it holds up once you're working there. I've been supported in my career here. Consulting has it's bumps and occasional tough hours, but I've never felt that the grass was greener elsewhere.

I'm not sure what the hours are like at protiviti, but our busy season is typically between Oct, Nov, Jan and Feb. Doing 50 plus hours on average. I do see alot of people who get burn out and leave after they make senior/manager role and get 35-40 hr job in industry.
