50 reviews of Pro Nails "This place gives a GREAT pedicure, the best in town. They are thorough, detailed and it shows in the end result;your color doesn't chip. Most importantly they are CLEAN! Every time I've been in they are cleaning the pedicure chair filters that aren't in use and they never reuse tools. I always see them get a new tool or get it out of the sanitizer.

15 reviews of Pro Nails "I've tried most of the nail shops in Concord and am consistently happy with my Pro Nail experience. The technicians are friendly, efficient and skilled. The shop is very clean and they take special care to reduce the fumes from all the chemicals which is obvious when you walk in - no yucky nail salon smell. The only detractor for me is the hours.

I've been to Pro Nails in the past, but honestly I don't even remember the experience. I had my typical full set acrylic with tips and gel polish done at Diamond Nails in Valparaiso, Indiana and had a quite unpleasant experience. When I needed a new set, I knew I needed to try a new place. I made an appointment with Pro Nails.

This past time, my nails chipped within 20 hours. When coming in and explaining the problem, the owner got angry and just continuing with someone's nails. Completely ignoring me. I've been getting my nails done for 10+ years and this place takes the cake for the worst nail salon I've ever been to.

So. Pros: They are very nice, kind, and professional. Cons; Two of my nails she nailed round but the rest of them where very round when I asked for oval. The round make my hands look not elegant. The fake nails don't even fit my fingers correctly they are cut off too short. Stay tune for edit.
