We took my teenage son to Promised Land Zoo for his birthday and everyone had a fabulous time. The kids enjoyed several hands-on animal experiences. The zoo is very well maintained. We are a four mile drive thru zoo and petting zoo too, open everyday, year round. Bottle feedings are daily at 10am, 2pm and 6pm and included in your admission! (check for winter feedings).

Promised Land Zoo is great family fun. It is a smaller Zoo, with smaller animals. I was most impressed that u can actually touch, pet and feed most of the animals. They have a parakeet house that is awesome. It is home to over 200 parakeets. The Zoo lets u go into there home, where they are flying freely.

A very unique exhibit at this zoo has is the parakeet house, where you are able to interact with at least a hundred parakeets and you get to feed them.

Promised Land Zoo stands out from all of them. I was able to interact with so many different animals and it was amazing. I was able to bottle feed a baby camel for the first time in my life and the only thing I could do was smile. It was great to see an extremely clean zoo full with healthy happy animals.
