The claims department is overworked. The adjusters have to work 50+ hours a week just to stay afloat. This is due to staffing issues. Everyone is overworked and burnt out. Position is salary and rarely OT is approved. When I was interviewing I was told claims would be kept within a manageable range. That was not true.
