From what I've gathered due to how it works as a conversion Primitive Plus doesn't play well with mods, even just subbing to/imstalling them breaks it for some reason. Not sure if it works, but it might be worth a shot. It just straight up goes into an infinite load loop for me, gets 2/3 done and restarts.
