Prestige doesn't do a good job keeping good employees cause they always playing people out their money and hours. They'll have you work 6 to 7 days a week. You only get one day or no days off at all. As Lead Custodian, I went from $11 to $13.00 an hour which is not enough at all. I had my hours cut from 40 hours to 30 hours since January 2021.

I've worked at Prestige for about a month now and I am already sick of it. The management is terrible and they have no consideration for their employees. the shifts are supposed to be 4-4.5 hours long but they have no problem keeping you an an extra 2-3 hours past the shift.
