Undoubtedly, the best time to visit PPG Place is from Light-Up Night (generally mid-November) thru mid-January, when Pittsburgh's Holiday frenzy is in full-swing. Christmas Music in the Plaza and inside the beautiful (enclosed) Wintergarden, on the ground level of the PPG Tower, is plentiful and free.
