No that isn't a typo, TWO HOURS!! Once I got into the room (or the smaller waiting room as I call it), I waited for another 1/2 an hour. I thought maybe it was a fluke but my husband waited just as long to see the doctor.

I just sat on hold for 24 mins. waiting to see if I could get an appointment for my child. This has always been an issue with this organization. Even when you go to check in some of the receptionists act like it hurts them to work.
