Possibly the best roast pork in Rome. You too may wish to travel 1.5 hours via public transportation across half of Rome, brave the termini at rush hour, and navigate the 20 minute hike from the nearest metro, all to try this succulent delight that... may or may not be amazing. I wouldn't know, as they were inexplicably closed when we showed up.
