Just got back from 10 days in Phnom Penh. Club Pontoon was my second favorite club. Easy to meet ladies Sunday to Thursday is free admission. Friday and Saturday have an $8 cover charge. Seems to have more men than ladies on Friday and Saturday. So the other days are better. DJ was very good. Kept the atmosphere lively. Drink prices are reasonable.
