Daily routine is showtime between 10:30-11:30am, work for about 20 min followed by an hour smoke break, wash-rinse-repeat for the next 2-3 hours-until their workday is complete around (2:30-3:00pm).....in between all of this they go off-site for an hour lunch break as well, so after all of the talking story and smoke breaks that 2-3 hours at your job site equals only 1 hour of work per day.
