We went there in the night close to 9 PM or so, it had a spectacular view of Boston. At Piers Park, we're ended up with the most pictures taken at one spot during our entire Boston trip. There is virtually no street parking in the evening hours, but there is a parking lot for the Piers Park with plenty of parking spaces in the night.
