The parking lot at Picnic Point is small and a big limitation on weekends. If you get a spot, the walk over the railroad overpass is necessary to get to the beach. It's not so difficult but it is significant because of the height and the big-ass train that runs underneath from time to time.

33 reviews of Picnic Point Park "I love this beach, mainly because it's small and not over populated. Beautiful location to sit and enjoy the sunset or have a picnic or even let the kids play in the water. I've brought all my friends here at one point or another and on warm nights, I've gone just to read a book til the sun sets."
