Pho Boi is a really good place for large groups, and they have good service, but I would say that the quality of the pho is subpar. I visited Pho Boi with a group of 20 people, and they very kindly accomodated us all. We ordered and received our food quickly, and they also continually refilled our tea pots.

TL;DR: oh boi,at least it's open 24 hours... It's 24 hour pho, people. Don't get your hopes up on the service, I don't think I'd be cheery at 4 am. But when you're hungry and battling the onset of a hangover, I guess this would make a decent stop considering most else where is closed. If you're sober...go somewhere else to fulfill your pho cravings.
