Pearl Harbor Hours are 7:00am to 5:00pm. The programs at the Arizona memorial are 7:30am to 3:00pm. You may arrive at Pearl Harbor after 3:00pm, but you will not be able to go to the Arizona Memorial. You will be able to see it from the land and visit the exhibits and bookstore. If you arrive before 7:00am (many people do) you can stand in line waiting for the gates to open.
