The Passenger's menu is not very lengthy, but it's not the kind of place you go to eat at anyway. They have some half-smokes, paninis and Route 11 chips, but all we ordered were the olives, which were fine. The prices were so much better than at other cocktail bars in DC. Our cocktails were $8 and $9 each and wines/beers ranged from $4 to $10ish.

The Passenger is probably the best bar I've been to in DC, they have great beers and make amazing mixed drinks. It's a cool, laid back vibe in a city whose bar scene is often unnecessarily pretentious. The place is famous with locals and is a great way to avoid all of the tourist trap bars further south on 7th street towards the Verizon Center.
