A trip to Athens wouldn't be complete without a visit to the Acropolis. I would recommend going early morning though and visit the indoor museums in the afternoon. When temperatures get too high all outdoor sites are closed from noon-5pm each day throughout Greece (info as of August 3-12, 2021).
