I was disappointed with my experience with Catalina Parasail. First off, when we arrived to the island we booked a spot for the 2pm ride. The woman at the counter told us they were running 30 minutes late so we should show up at the gate at 2:10pm and the boat would leave at 2:30. When we arrived at 2:10, the boat had already left and we had to wait until 3 for the next one.
