Thanks for your honest review of Pangaea. I am sorry you felt misled by the tour, all of the information you may need is on our website, and is provided by the office staff when you book a trip. We ask everyone to bring extra layers and dress warm, and yes, the boat ride is 2-2.5 hours each way... the Columbia Glacier is about 50 miles from Valdez.
