3. Re: Pali Lookout hours. 7 years ago. Save. "Nuuanu Pali Drive (from Pali Highway to Pali Lookout) is very scenic." You will be driving through a tunnel of trees. While at Pali Lookout, walk down Old Pali Road for about 10-15 minutes. You'll get some nice views along the way.
