The buffet was more Chinese than Filipino. And more like 90/10 than say 60/40. And that was disappointing. With a name like Palabok House, I expect way more Filipino. The food wasn't great either. The ribs were overcooked. The chicken lacked flavor. You can taste the MSG in the wonton soup. Even something like the coffee was just awful.
