I travelled down from Aberdeen but was hugely disappointed with the very restricted visiting hours. 2.30-3.30pm and 7-8.30pm. There was no flexibility with this and on one occasion visitors were asked to remain outside Ward 23 for a further 10 minutes as 'they' (I assume the staff) were not ready for visitors, reducing the visit to 50 minutes.
