VMSH3 is in Modem mode > pfSense Router > Switch > Wireless AP & LAN devices. Pinging 1.1.1.1 from the pfSense router often results in high pings and packet loss. Pinging 192.168.100.1 from a hardwired LAN device also results in intermittent packet loss which isn't synchronised with the 1.1.1.1 packet loss/high latency.
