the only workaround I found was if you get "Item delivery is being delayed", open get crates menu and it will give you the reward, then you go back to your crates and open next one like nothing happened. same with buying crates. swap to my crates menu and it will get updated level 2

The real problem that organizations have is with communication. Our contacts at PUBG are: Prim (Player Contact) - Fucking amazing????? - Nonexistent second person. And that is it. Teams that spend a ton on this game, can't even get in a room with PUBG. Emails are ignored, meetings declined. No one will even give us the time of day.
