There are many threads about this mess on Q Talk, Jewelry and Suggestion Box. It's a problem that QVC is aware of and has been going on for months and yet, NOTHING has changed. I don't understand HOW they can't figure this mess out. Of course, no one knows what the problem is.. right.

I called customer service yesterday because it's taking weeks to get delivery. I was told they are redoing and relocating the warehouses but apparently it's not going well. Since HSN and QVC have merged it seems to be a mess. I can only imagine what will happen withe the holidays coming.
