These dockets are then transfered to our head office for invoicing. There are numerous holes in the system and I would like to move to printed delivery dockets. The issue is, that in our industry, generally the person issuing the stock and writing the delivery docket shouldnt be able to affect invoices or even see stock values.

At present you are only able to choose to print a delivery docket with every invoice/etc created or not to print a delivery docket at all. Can I suggest that in future upgrades, you are able to choose at the time of creating the invoice whether a delivery docket is required or not. This is needed for our freight/couriers as a record of the delivery.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information. Not a Delivery Docket as such but you create a Packing Slip and call it a Delivery Docket. Go to Setup on the Menu Bar then down to Customise Forms. Choose Invoices and then Choose the Packing Slip you want either Service, Item or Professional.

Re: Packing slip / Delivery Note in MYOB Essentials. Within AccountRight currently the only transactions you can email are the four basic layouts, service, item, time billing and professional. Generally speaking packing slips are included with the items being delivered, which is why there is the option to print them but not email them.

To print the invoice, click the print icon in the PDF viewer window. A Print window appears. Choose your print options and click OK to print the invoice.
