Jan 16, 2015 · If you don't see "Rate limits in" in Secure panel, then you are running an old release. Rate limits in works for each source IP. In your case, there too many messages from Ironport. When it runs connected to Internet, rates will apply per each source IP (unlike now) and should be fine.
