Well 5 day delivery may or may not save the Postal Service money but it will cost many carriers and subs thier jobs. Many Rural Carriers work thier routes 6 days a week. They will lose 4 days pay a month. Subs will lose their jobs as they will not be needed to cover for Regulars on Saturday.
