It generally should be from Monday to Friday on all days except Public Holidays (State and National). On some occasions if the delivery contractors are ill whilst on the job and there's no replacement, they'll deliver on the next business day. I find most letter/mail/parcel deliveries are done between 9 am-3 pm as a general rule of thumb.
