Nov 15, 2018 · My wife faced the same problem, and apparently this is common when PosLaju doesn't have enough delivery staff. There was no 2nd or later delivery. We went to pick the package up ourselves at Poslaju Puchong last Saturday, and there was a huge crowd with... surprise, surprise, the same problem. I don't think you'll get the package anytime soon...

This is most likely because you are not at home or aware of the postman's arrival. The postman will leave a notice with a date of when he will attempt a second delivery. If it fails again, it will be up for self collection.

I am frustrated as I have no clue where my parcel is. Had they called me on Thursday, 2/4/2020, it would have settled as I would have received the parcel.
