11 days ago · Pos laju really sucks! Stupid! I've just called and asked abt my parcel, the told me now they wont come Sri Petaling unless self collect with prior request, then they will prepare the item and we have to track on their website once it showed ready for collect then only can collect.

I got total 5 items stucked at pos laju bentong since 01st April 2020. Tried call to pos laju several times and no one pick up the call. Why no send up to genting highlands. If I knew it early I won't use your pos laju company as delivery method. Others company like DHL, Ninjavan, gdex is still send up here genting highlands as usual.1/5(1.2K)

Next when request for 2nd delivery customer service mentioned a date but pos laju did not collect and thus another 2 days was delayed. There is a disconnection between customer service and postman. It seems pos laju just deliver at their wish date not per commitment date....very disappointed.

Update system delivered tp tgu kat umah xde pn smpi.surat pn xde tgal.pgi pusat serahan barg xde,dg alasan msh di van xsmpi lg.pgi lg keesokannye brg xde, hntar ke pusat srahan lain.pdahal tulis dsitu waktu amik brg pkul 10.brg keluar pkul 7 ke pusat serahan lain.ape mslhnye ni.boleh tak buat system yg betul sikit..buat kami ni ulang alik nak ambik barg.
