Jan 27, 2008 · On the 31st of December i ordered a £500 tv from their pixmania.co.uk website (i purposely mention that it is a .co.uk website), the item was showing as being in stock and delivery would be 3 days. Great, a good price plus reasonably fast delivery. In with the deal, i had the opportunity to purchase an HDMI cable for 1p.

Despite paying for 3-5 day delivery, the order took an additional day to even get processed, then the provisional date for delivery was another 8 days away, and, in the end, despite being told the goods had shipped they simply hadn't. Emailing the shipper and pixmania didn't even get a reply.

I should have consulted Trustpilot… I should have consulted Trustpilot before buying from Pixmania! I ordered a very expensive TV (the price was good, for which they get 1-star) but when it arrived the screen was cracked, even though the packaging was in good condition and I had no reason to refuse the delivery.

Nov 08, 2005 · Thanks to the email address of the fotovista (parent company of pixmania) ceo that I found in this blog, our pixmania problems were addressed within 2 hours. After sending an email explaining our problem, we promptly received phone calls from both pixmania and the vendor, and have been promised a full refund.
