Sep 16, 2013 · I always thought it was the morning of delivery, as I have had phonecalls the odd time in the past when the transaction got declined I googled and that seemed to be general consensus. My shopping was delivered Friday morning and payment has still not been taken, and is not showing up on my online banking at all. Weird!
