Not quiet Basque. After hearing of the Overland's re-opening 6 of us decided to go for the wife's birthday. It was a different experience, having more or less a Basque dinner in a more or less Chinese restaurant. There were 6 "Basque Style Dinners" on the menu, Maybe a dozen items "American Style" and the rest of the menu Chinese meals.
