Working for Ovation was a disappointing experience for me. Ovation bonuses are not what they promised when I interviewed, therefore, I didn't make my expected wage goals. Very little training was offered. Management expected you to learn the accounts from other virtual employees. Management never sided with the travel agent if a dispute arose.

ovation is a good place to work if your passion is travel and assisting clients. They provide an atmosphere that is not conducive for growth.
