Outlook displays a 24 hour calendar. I don't plan meetings or appointments 24 hours (I guess most people don't). So, I would like to be able to never display the 'empty' hours from eg. 22 to 6 (or 10pm to 6 am). This will make the Calendar much more readable and I don't have to scroll anymore.

I'll set mine to 9am to 1AM. I don't need to see the hours I sleep. You may wish to only see 8 or 9 hours. Then go back to calendar and press the view tab on the ribbon. And then under arrangements, click working hours and choose Schedule View. This will show only the hours you want, and it will split up the calendars.
