Can universities see my exact volunteer hours on OUAC, or through anything?? I just worried that I lost a lot of volunteer work, however I didn’t record a lot of it. So my hours is different from the amount of time I say I have dedicated.

Community Hours. Due to COVID-19, my school board has changed the required community involvement hours to 20, instead of the usual 40. I have currently 24 hours, which is above the required amount, but OUAC is showing "No" listed under my community hours completion transcript. I am applying to some competitive programs this year, and am pretty worried about this.
