I can only see the total usage, but need peak and off-peak usage. I normally use a pc but I also checked Optus mobile app, still only total usage. At first I was advised on Optus Chat that the problem would be fixed within 24 hours. Next time I contacted Optus Chat I was told that the problem would be fixed in 5-7 days but it wasn't.

TPG’s download quota is split between a peak time of 8am - 2am and off-peak of 2am - 8am, or 8:30am - 3:30am peak time, and 3:30am - 8:30am off-peak. Essentially you are getting 5-6 hours of off-peak time, so if you are on the ADSL2+ 180GB plan with 90GB peak/90GB off-peak, you only have this short nocturnal period to use half of your quota.

I have an Optus'yes' DSL Direct Advantage Plan - 7Gb peak and 14Gb off-peak for $49.95 a month. I wondered why I seemed to be using more of my peak allowance than I had calculated. I phoned Optus Tech Help (1300 739 407 if you're interested) and found out that peak and off peak times are calculated as Sydney Time (Summer Time).
