    I found that while working from home and being quarantined, I added about 2 hours to my average sleep time. I made a habbit of not keeping my phone in the same room when I sleep, so I usually wake up naturally after about 8-9 hours of sleep. Wish I could reduce the amount to 7-8 hours on average, even one hour of extra time in a day is valuable.
