    Look here for policy guidance for OPT: https://www.ice.gov/doclib/sevis/pdf...nce_042010.pdf. It has very good information. The rules seem to be silent about working for more than 40 hours, but do say you can have more than one job. How your overtime hours are taxed are a different story and you need to speak with an accountant about that.
