Jul 16, 2018 at 6:49 PM. @Starry247, it’s off the most recent 600 hours (within that one year period) and if your salary fluctuated within those 600 hours, then they take the best weeks (either 12 or 15 weeks, I can’t remember but it says it on the Service Canada site).
