I don't push the sell - there's 60 hours of free videos and I'm fine with people just using them. So I'll just respond to a few quick comments. Ya, there are some errata/outdated facts in the videos. They're the most resource-intense things for us to update (a 15 min video takes weeks for us to script, then 6+ hours to shoot and edit).

Online MedEd’s flashcards feature is great, but we do not like that flashcards can not be accessed until 48 hours had passed after watching a video for a certain topic. Online MedEd notes that this is because “research shows adult learners need forced repetition of key material at 48 hours after introduction for maximum retention.”
