On the 2017 Memorial Day holiday, we arrived at the Old Rag Parking Lot at 9:30 am and we were nearly the last car to be let in. After paying the entrance fee and a stop at the port-a-pots, we departed the lot at 9:43 am and started up the trail at 9:58 am to arrive at the summit at 12:30 pm.
