The Old Post Office Pavillion was a nice place to take a break, get something to drink, and sit for a few minutes to regroup. I wanted to see the observation tower, but it was closed due to windy conditions. There was a display on the 9th floor covering the history of the building and the bells in the tower.4/5(599)
