We really enjoyed our time in Ocean Beach Park. We went around 3 pm on the Labor Day weekend & it was perfect. The crowds had thinned & we could enjoy the beautiful beach with clean waters. Parking is $17 but this is a real beach... Unlike some other beaches in the Mystic area which are the size of a small parking lot!
