Jun 28, 2015 · I am using 8.1 (with newest update completed) and Hotmail/Outlook. When I send "respond" messages to one particular contact, I get a message saying I do no have to resent the message, delivery has been "delayed." This has been happening for three days. I finally called the contact, and he has received none of the "delayed" messages I sent.

Jul 02, 2012 · Delivery is delayed to these recipients or groups: So far it has only spanned two different domains, and I'm guessing the problem is on their end. Is there anything I can do to be sure it's not something going on with our Exchange server?
