I am testing if deferred delivery time works and see that these emails are not sent. I see nothing in the outbox. Emails do get sent if i just .Send and comment out .DeferredDeliveryTime. Also, I've tried manually changing Do not deliver before time in Outlook and that does work. So I am not sure what is going wrong here with the VBA.

When you enable the Do not deliver before option to defer the delivery of a message, the message is deferred to the local Outbox, not to the server. Therefore, the message will not be delivered from the local .ost file unless Outlook is running when the message is scheduled to be delivered.

Sep 27, 2016 · I’ve sent out some really important emails and for these emails not only did I request Read Receipts, I also requested Delivery Receipts. I do this because Read Receipts aren’t sent until the recipient actually reads the message and even then, these Read Receipts can be cancelled by the recipient or can otherwise get “lost” as well.
