May 15, 2014 · I have an office 2010 outlook, and I setup a new rule to delay the send mail for 1 minute. File > Manage Rules & Alerts > - apply this rule after i send the messages - on this computer only - defer delivery by 1 minute. The email seems to be held in Outbox for 1 minute, and then it gets moved to Sent Items.
