Nov 19, 2014 · Yes, the email accounts are valid - the same email message that is delayed in Outlook.com, can be forwarded to the same recipient via the WP8 and it goes right through. This is happening in Outlook.com whether on a public internet, or while using my WP8 as a hotspot.
