Nov 09, 2017 · These emails have popped up in my outbox and everything seemed on track. However, when I went into my outbox today, none of the messages were ever sent. Doubling checking the delay delivery options, I have confirmed that it is indeed past the 'Do not deliver before' time and can also confirm that my outlook was connected to the internet.
